Accommodation-related services directly provided by the hotel (such as breakfast, room service, parking, telecommunications, etc.) are detailed in specific menus with their current rates and VAT rate.
Where the service is provided by an external provider (such as resale of green fees, ticketing, ski lessons, etc.), the hotel operator will adapt the operating method based on every single situation: payment for the service to be made by the customer directly to the provider or to the hotel operator. Each service can be included into an accommodation package offered by the hotel operator.
Service schedule can be changed at any time and in any component. VAT rate changes are immediately applied.

To make the operator’s work easier,the software provides a tool designed to format the content of the request. Access to a dedicated customer account for an easier follow-up based.

Log

The log describes the operations of any kind by date and by operator, carried out by teams working at the hotel. The log validates replacement of staff.
Accounting transactions are recognised on a daily basis, per account class (sales - customers - small purchases - VAT - account receivable and payable - tourist tax) based on the hotel chart of accounts or the default general accounting plan applicable to hospitality. The daily entry of receivables and payable comply with the professional standards with transactions entered into the relevant accounts (sales-customers-bank-cash fund). All operation-related entries are traced in the daily log consolidated in weekly or monthly reports that can be forwarded as they are to the Chartered Accountant. Receivables are monitored and analysed for any reminders.

Tracking Reservation & Stay

This screen consolidates on a single operational document all data on the guest. Check-in and check-out operations as well as on-site consumption are very easily performed. Step-by-step automated or manual actions, from booking to billing; no information on the nature and origin of the customer, the purpose of his stay, any incidents (cancellation, no show, eviction, etc.), validation of the payment method, waiting list, etc. will be omitted.
The customer profile is updated on each step of the process by intuitive procedures under a particular sequencing based on simple criteria. Guest stays are aggregated both in number of nights and sales.
Information on potential customers are also stored.

The customer reservation process is fully integrated to the website.
From rooms visual presentation, grouped by category for standard rooms, or one by one if unique, or mixing both methods. The engine displays available rooms based on the reservation format selected by the hotel operator.
The customer can select a room based on his search criteria being sure it is available at the best rates offered by the hotel.
On his end, the hotel operator can use the Hotel Optimiser tool to optimise his planning taking into account his specific constraints.
Payment or deposit for the accommodation is made based on the current electronic payment system of the hotel. 
The booking engine exists in "Facebook" mode.

Interface

- Management of the website content (texts, illustrations and photos) using a dedicated interface tool; the operator becomes his "webmaster" and promotes his facility with regular updates for a better "digital" visibility.

- A special platform allows the operator to directly monitor the management of event contents and news on his facility in connection with the social networks present on the website. The same applies for reviews and comments regardless of their origins.

Customer relationship

Customers can purchase and pay additional services or change their travel arrangements (duration, dates, etc.) on the website, with an access code. He is also provided with all the necessary handy information.
